Our present monitoring system does not allow me to get a clear
picture of ethnic minority applicants/shortlisted/successful
candidates for those posts for which the recruitment pool is
international. Have those of you who monitor applicants for posts
addressed the issue of distinguishing 'home' from 'overseas'
applicants and if so how?
