I also wanted to ask your help. I believe at an EO network
conference I attended a session on recuitment and selection and the
speeaker talked about some research or article on the wording in
advertising. There was a job ad placed that attracted mostly men to
apply. The wording was then changed and mostly women applied.
Actually come to think of it it may have been an Opportunity 2000
function.
