Fiona,
I would be interested to work with others on these Guidelines. I will also
circulate this to one or two colleagues internally one of whom did battle on
the pension rights front some years ago and the other who defended ,
campaigned and prevented a colleague from dismissal following his
imprisonment for a non work related sexual offence. I also know a woman
academic working at the University of London who would be excellent but not
sure how committed she is at present. Let me know if you are short of women
and I will check her out. My only other thought is someone from the AUT
Sexual Orientation Group or of course Unison who are big on this campus and
we should make sure the Guidelines are representative for all grades.
