We're a small campus but do have a rest room with a fridge so if the person were happy to use that this would be our solution (it is a lockable room without windows so private). It's an open access room so there is no permission required to use it as such.
My view would be this is the minimum required and off campus would probably not be suitable for staff or students needing quick access for expressing milk.

Subject: Expressing milk
Hi
2nd and last request from me today please.
Can I take some advice on how institutions support staff/students who (may) need to express milk when on campus? Do you have assigned facilities or take a more flexible approach with estates constraints? If alternative off-site arrangements were the option, would this leave an institution vulnerable under the equality act - obviously the person is the main focus, however I'm accounting for building constraints on small sites?
Kind regards
Lee
