Hi Ceri,
It would be worth looking at other successful applications (on the ECU website, or the websites of individual organisations), in particular the early sections which describe the self-assessment teams and how they worked.
Does your organisation get a consultancy day from the ECU? If so, you could use that to have a presentation on Athena SWAN/facilitated first meeting. We did this for REC and found it very helpful.
Best wishes,
Sheena

Subject: First Athena SWAN SAT - Any tips?
Afternoon all,
On Thursday we're holding our first ever Athena SWAN SAT meeting at Bath Spa Uni, and I've been asked to co-ordinate. I only started in my role 3 weeks ago, and as such am still feeling a little under-prepared - so was hoping those of you with Athena SWAN experience might be able to give me a little guidance. Does anyone have:
- an 'Athena SWAN 101' type presentation/document they would be willing to share?
- useful reflections on 'top tips' for kicking off a new SAT?
- anything else that might help, or that you wish you'd had/known when you did your first SAT?
Thanks so much in advance for any help you can offer.
Best,
Ceri
