ECU is running a two day course on achieving race equality in higher education.
This new course has been designed to support individuals who are leading race equality work in their institutions to strengthen their understanding of race equality and develop the skills for effective culture change. It introduces participants to key concepts within the field of race equality with the aim of improving knowledge and understanding about race and racism within a safe and reflective space.
The course will be delivered by race equality charter patron, academic and adviser on race, Dr Nicola Rollock<http://www.ecu.ac.uk/profiles/dr-nicola-rollock/>, and members of ECU staff from the Race Equality Charter and Training and Learning teams.
Two cohorts of the training are available:
London: 7th March and 25th April
Manchester: 6th April and 28th April
