Hi Bertille,
A good measurable example of this, but not in education, is in the political arena with Women only candidate shortlists. If your brief is just about gender rather than specifically in education this is worth considering.
Best wishes
Deborah

Subject: Evidence to support a Women into leadership programme
Dear Colleagues,
We are trying to set a Women into leadership programme to address the under-representation of women at senior grades.
I have been asked to find out some evidence on the value of a women only programme and whether this is something female staff would prefer/welcome.
If you have any information or research on this it would welcomed.
Best regards
Bertille
