Hi Naseem
Just to let you know I may be a wee bit late for our meeting.... I blame the traffic on all those kids going back to school!
See you shortly,
Roz

Dear Colleagues
I would welcome advice on your equality monitoring process for student complaints e.g. example of forms used; who makes the input and where the information is held (Faculty/ Dept./ School/ Central Student Services level..) When did you start collecting data on equality protected characteristics backgrounds?
At what level is this information shared and discussed: particular committee(s).
Do you make this information public? If so how – through local reports (Faculty/ Dept. etc), annual report (equality or otherwise – please specify).
Any other practice on student complaint you may wish to share. Please feel free to send info off-line.
If there are substantial responses I’m happy to put this in a spread sheet and share at a later date.
Thank you in advance of your reply.
Naseem
