Hi Helen
We have mediation scheme that is available to students and staff. Our
mediators are in-house trained by a reputable mediation training
provider. The cost of the training will depends on the company that you
will decide to use. It is an excellent scheme to have and delivers lots
of benefits, however you have to anticipate having someone to
co-ordinate your scheme, CPD for your in-house mediators and how this
service will fit in within your university operations.
Hope this helpful.
With best wishes,
Iryna
