Hi All
These are the questions we currently ask: -
"It is the policy of the University to promote Equality in all its operations. It is also now law that as a body which receives & spends public funds, we are required to satisfy our obligations in law to promote equality throughout all our operations. This includes activities related to supplier selection - a supplier's performance and behaviours in the area of Equality can now impact on their ability to obtain business from publicly funded organisations...."

Subject: Procurement wording in relation to Equality Act
Dear Colleagues
Has anyone had to alter their Procurement/tender process documents with
updated wording to reflect the Equality Act?
If anyone would be willing to share their wording/documents this would
be very much appreciated

Kind Regards
