Hi Angie, I would also be interested in the responses you get as I will be reviewing our current IA system (Marshall ACM toolkit) and training in the Spring.
Regards
Anne

Subject: Equality Analysis & Equality Impact Assessments Across the Sector
Dear all
I am interested in establishing a picture across the sector of how HEIs are responding to the Equality Act in terms of equality impact assessments. If you are willing to share information that would be great and I will circulate to all interested.
Specifically:
(1) Have you changed practice in relation to equality analysis / equality impact assessments in light of the Equality Act?
(2) If you have changed practice what are you now doing?
(3) Overall, do you have an EIA system or process in place?
Best wishes
Angie
