Dear colleagues,
'Improving performance through wellbeing and engagement' is a national project funded by the Higher Education Funding Councils for England, Scotland and Wales.
As Phase 2 of our work draws to a close, I am pleased to attach our final project report and executive summary. The following documents have also been added to our site for download by subscribing organisations (www.wellbeing.ac.uk).
- Final conference presentations, handouts and exhibition posters
- The business case for wellbeing and engagement - literature review by Affinity Health at Work
- Wellbeing and performance mapping strand - detailed report by Robertson Cooper Ltd
- Wellbeing and engagement interventions strand - detailed report by Robertson Cooper Ltd
- Wellbeing and engagement intervention case studies x 13 including key learning documents, and example materials
- Wellbeing and engagement interventions - 'how to' guides, check-lists and design/evaluation guidance.
The website also includes links to guidance/reports produced by other organisations, case studies from a broad range of institutions and back-issues of our e-newsletter.
Please contact my colleague Karen Seed [log in to unmask] if you do not have the log-in details for your institution.
The work of the project will be handed over to the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) from October 2011. If you are interested in finding out more or getting involved, please contact Nicola Carter (Senior Employee Relations Adviser) [log in to unmask]
I will be available to answer any queries regarding the Phase 1 and 2 work until November 18th.
May I take this opportunity to thank you for support to date. I hope that you find our materials of use - and will continue to engage with this agenda as it moves forwards.
Best wishes
Kim
