Hi all,
Just very a quick question.. we are about to introduce the anonymisation of candidate details on job application forms for all support positions at UCL (so in a nutshell the name will be removed so as not to convey ethnic or gender identity). We envisage a fair bit of resistance to this as there is already a perception that our recruitment systems are overly-bureaucratic and not user friendly. I'm just putting together a short briefing paper on our reasons for doing this and it would be helpful to refer to other institutions who already have this practice in place. Please can you let me know if you do currently anonymise application forms?
Many thanks,
Fiona
