Dear Alex,
At Imperial we utilised the experience of Dr Ossie Stuart who proved invaluable in getting us up to speed (and maintaining progress). He currently facilitates staff, students, and academics' focus groups, and informs and advises our high level Disability Action Committee on how to sustain progress. He has been brilliant, is well connected, and I can't think of anyone better if he's available - he is kept very busy as you can imagine.
If you want to call me off line to discuss, happy to give more detail.

Subject: Re: Researching the experience of disabled staff
Dear colleagues
At the University of Portsmouth we want to commission research into the
experience of our disabled staff and their line managers to ensure we
have the right level of support around reasonable adjustments etc. If
you have worked with a provider who can deliver this sort of research I
would be interested to hear about the provider and your experience.
Kind regards
Alex
