Hi All,
I think what is meant is one of these
http://www.nature4energy.co.uk/Bidetshowers.html and judging by the
price they are relatively inexpensive. I tend to view religious requests
in the light of 'reasonable adjustments' and whether they in fact
constitute an improvement. Given the environmental benefits of these
showers it may be that they are not only fairly cheap but also a decent
investment.

Hi Colleagues,
One of our International Muslim Students has requested us to fix a hand
shower in a shared bathroom as he needs it for ablutions and to avoid
complaints already received from house mates. I would be interested to
know whether you have made adjustments to meet the needs of Muslim
students in University provided accommodation and the process you have
taken in doing this. We have incorporated relevant adjustments in our
Muslim Faith Facility in campus but not for individual student
facilities.
Your responses are very welcome
