Subject: Asking about absence at offer stage
Dear All,
I was wondering how colleagues are considering asking health questions
of applicants at offer stage.
Will you be asking for information on number and type of absences in a
specified period e.g. last 12 or 24 months? How will you give
applicants opportunity to give information about whether any absences
are disability-related (in order that we may make reasonable adjustment
considerations)? What other information will you give applicants the
opportunity to give you by way of description for their absences?
TIA
