Dear James,
We use an online package by Cyclix http://www.cylix.co.uk/
The training is not compulsory (though it might be in some departments e.g HR and for people involve
in the RAE).
It is generally staff who ask to be enrolled on the course and we have a target to publicised it
more to make sure staff are aware of the course.
We evaluate via an evaluation form which limits the impact.
We also have different Equality and Diversity training (not online) for some department in students
services.
Regards
Bertille
