Dear Colleagues,
We are now in the process of developing a Single Equality Scheme and I would like to collect
information and experiences from other Colleagues on this matter.
I will put all the information collected in a document and disseminate it to the list (unless stated
otherwise) so we won't have to keep asking each other.
I would be interested in collecting information such as (please reply as much as you can) :
- where did you start your process?
- which strands did you include (or plan to)?
- did you set up a specific working group/committee to work on a SES ? if yes who is on it?
- what type of consultation did you undertake (any rewards for participation, who did you involve,
etc.)?
- how did you design and put to together your action plan, i.e. different actions for different
departments; different actions for different strands, etc.?
- did you have any senior member of staff involve in the preparation of the SES?
- any advice?
- any do's and don'ts?
I am really grateful for your help
Kind Regards
--
