I am planning something similar for staff(maybe students in future)using blackboard so I would be interested in any advice

I am in the process of setting up an online equality and diversity
discussion forum (opened to both staff and students) which will help
feed into the work on a single equality scheme (and perhaps carry beyond
that as well). Just wondering if anyone has done something similar and
whether you publsihed/used any 'rules or guidelines' that participants
had to abide by? If so are you willing to share them with me?
