Dear Wendy
I'm about to embark upon the same exercise for LSE.
I have has experience in producing equality schemes, including Single
Equality Schemes, but not within the HE sector.
I would also welcome examples of good practice.
Kind regards
Carolyn

Subject: Development of Single Equality Schemes
Dear All,
As part of my new role as Equality and Diveristy Manager at MMU I am
just embarking on developing a Single Equality Scheme for MMU and have
been researching best practice across HEI's and other public bodies.
Whilst I have seen many good practice examples I am still a little
uncertain about the best approach to take as this is the first time I
have been involved in developing any kind of equality scheme!
Would anyone be happy to share their experiences of doing such a large
project with me? and is anyone currently in the same boat as me who
might want to share good practice and advice as we go through this tough
journey!
Any advice how great or small would be very welcomed, please respond
directly to me at [log in to unmask] and I will be happy to collate
feedback to others who may find it useful
Kind regards
Wendy Kenyon
