Colleagues
At Glasgow we have a central budget for making minor adjustments. Staff requiring support are expected to complete a form.
Please find attached additional needs support guidelines and form I've written. Feel free to use this, but do acknowledge copyright source. I would welcome information on how you have used this in your institution.
Best regards
Naseem

Hello Rob
I'm aware that Canterbury Christ Church University operate a central budget for reasonable adjustments. If you contact Moira Mitchell ([log in to unmask] ) I'm sure she will be able to give you further details.
Equality Challenge Unit will be developing guidance on managing funding of reasonable adjustments and this should be available later this year. Further news on this publication will be promoted via the ECU website www.ecu.ac.uk

Subject: Disability: Central £ for reasonable adjustments
Hello all,
I am about to draw up some guidance on establishing a central "pot" of money
from which requests for reasonable adjustments (from/for both staff and
students) can be granted.
Does anyone have any related guidance/policy on best practice or procedures
in this area that they'd be willing to share ?
Many thanks in advance!
