Just a quick reply with regard to funding for reasonable adjustments. There
is financial support available to institutions through Access to Work.
(which is part of Job Centre Plus) They will provide up to 100% of the cost
for reasonable adjustments for new staff and up to 80% for existing staff.
The methods of approach do vary, but I suggest you speak to someone in your
HR Department who should have contact with Job Centre Plus.

pot, each department pays individually.

1. How is this funded?
2. How are applications made to it?
