We have an equality and Diversity committee, which is the overall
monitoring group, and have just set up an e&d forum, which is more of
a consultation group, but will also play a role in analysing some
stats etc. it reports to the committee.

Subject: Monitoring Group
Dear Colleagues
We are due to set up an Equality Monitoring Working Group to help
interpret stats and produce appropriate reports. Do you have similar
group in your institution? If so would you care to share remit,
membeship and any example of monitoring report produced.
I'm aware Edinburgh University has such a group - but this is the only
example I'm aware of thus far.
