we do not have any guidance but in my department Muslims, Hindu's and
Sikh's attend our Xmas lunch (it's an open invitation to all). they
also all send and receive Xmas cards.
I don't celebrate Xmas personally but am not offended if someone sends
me a card, although I do not send Xmas cards myself. My colleague who
is a Jehovah witness is generally not sent Xmas or birthday cards as
he's made it clear he does not wish to receive them.
