Thanks all for replying so far. These are all interesting points. I
should have clarified that the staff person's disability is related to
heart problems ... hence his question about getting a 'badge' which
would identify his 'invisible' disability -- I know this has huge issue
of declaring publicly his disability ... even if this is what he might
want to do.
