Subject: Staff Networks
Dear All,
Does anyone have any advice on the best way of setting up staff
networks.
I don't want to advertise on behalf of HR as I am concerned staff
members
will think it is an initiative to collect data and find out information.
I will of course like to invite members to take part in any future
consultation but would like the groups to be there for discussion and
support without my direct input,
Any advice would be greatly received.
Many thanks
Caroline
