Dear Colleagues,
You may be interested in this LGBT equality toolkit if you have not already come across it, particularly thinking forward to the extended positive duties.
"LGBT Youth have produced 'Taking LGBT Equality Further and Higher' in partnership with Equality Forward, NUS Scotland and the Scottish Funding Council aimed at staff in colleges and universities. The toolkit has been designed so that it can be used as a stand alone guide or a reference to LGBT equality on colleges and universities."
There are nine sections, including learning and teaching and for employment and management and these can be downloaded here. http://www.equalityforwardscotland.ac.uk/lgbtyouth_toolkit
