Hi,
We felt we either had to combine married/civil partnership into one
category (due to the discrimination risk) or remove it completely. As we
don't use it for any EO monitoring/analysis (I know it's needed for
pensions but we deal with that aspect separately) we couldn't see any
real justification for keeping it on so decided to remove marital status
from our monitoring.
