Dear Lyn,
We use the True-Vision Reporting forms that used by the police as we
work in partnership with them on hate crime reporting. In regards to
racist graffiti, councils usually have policies for removing them within
24 hours, but none have been reported within the university so far.
Regards
Anne

Subject: Recording Racist Incidents
Good morning,
I would be grateful if someone would share their process for recording
and dealing with racist incidents on campus. I'm particularly
interested in the way that 'anonymous' incidents are dealt with - for
example racist graffiti.
Thanks all,
Lyn
