Dear All,
Any advice on how to deal with my situation.
I have a job outside the University where the Chair of the panel to
hear my griences and then conduct my appraisal feedback ( actually
should be classed as
capability discipline) is a person that has harassed me. My harassment
complaint was not properly investigated by my employer of 8 months.
Any suggestions or remidies would be gratefully appreciated.
