We have also beginning this process, having been advised recently by an
external consultant, that it would be a good move. So would like to
hear from anyone as well please,
Thanks

Subject: Two Ticks symbol for disability in employment
Dear All
We are exploring the possibility of adopting the "two ticks" symbol and
its related commitments to disabled staff with Job Centre Plus.
Has anyone been through the process recently or from past experience
able to give any helpful information about the pros and cons, hints and
tips etc? I am obviously particularly interested in what adjustments had
to be made to the recruitment process and how you sold it to recruiters.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Pamela
