Dear All
One of the actions in Chester's DES is to gather the views of disabled job applicants both successful and unsuccessful on content and design of application forms, access to premises and interview questions etc. To do this, the intention is for a questionnaire to be sent to disabled staff and applicants following the completion of the full R&S cycle.
I am in the process of beginning to design this and wondered whether anyone uses this sort of questionnaire to gather the views of applicants and if so, would they mind sharing this with me?
