Dear Colleagues,
Please would you tell me what information you remove from your job application forms or are planning to remove? Do you remove date of birth / age, gender, name, school etc. for example, in addition to disability status, racial group, religion? To what extent have you redesigned your application forms to exclude information which would indicate age?
