Dear All,
I hope you all had a nice Bank Holiday weekend.
I would be very interested to know if colleagues have looked at more
innovative and
engaging ways of training staff in equality and diversity issues, ie
through drama
workshops. I know that Reading University have used this approach
through a
company called STEPS and I was recently invited to a training session on
harassment
and bullying by a company called TeamAct. Both experiences have been
very
positive. Any ideas/thoughts/shared experiences would be fantastic!!
