Dear Faith,
we've got the same procedure, and take the view that the complaint is dealt
with according to who would be disciplined if the allegation was founded. So
if a student complaints v staff, it's dealt with under the staff procedures,
and if a staff complains against the student, it's dealt with under student
procedures. Is this too simple - have I missed something?
Judith.
