Faith, our harassment and bullying policy covers both staff and students,
informal and formal. A case a while back highlighted the difficulties of
cross referencing between the Student Complaints Policy and the Harassment
and Bullying Policy, informal and formal procedures.
Every case is different and it is difficult to get a policy that covers
all eventualities.
