AsYvie has said, educational institutions do have a duty to prepare and maintain a Race Equality Policy and fulfil its duties and arrangements. Whilst there is no statutory date attached to this requirement, institutions have to include robust and regular reviewing systems in their REPs and action plans, and ensure that the results of assessments and monitoring are reflected under the publishing duty.
