I've got stuff to send you and tell you about, Julie, but I wanted to
ask everybody the following:
Has any hei written guideance for managers, notcounting the complaints
procedure, on how to investigate cases of harassement or other EO
related issues? We're thinking of doing some, and wondered if any hei
had already done it?
Susanna.

Subject: Training for Bullying & Harassment
Dear Colleagues,
at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne we are currently seeking to set
up a network of Dignity at Work & Study Advisers to provide confidential
advice to staff & students on issues relating to bullying and
harassment.
I would be interested to hear if anyone set up a similar scheme and if
so, can you recommend any training providers? Approx how much of the
Advisers time has been taken up? How have you raised awareness of the
initiative across the campus?
Any advice would be much appreciated and I will be happy to circulate a
summary of the responses.
Kindest Regards
