Colin, I would say absolutely they do need to be included when doing
impact assessments. The policies relate to those in the Institution and
if we are looking to 'mainstream' race equality then we cannot ignore the
SU policies.
If you saw Mannie's reply to my comments about Impact assessments -note
his comments about vicarious liability.
I would be happy to talk to you about this as some issues here have
