Hello colleagues
I recently submitted an outline proposal to HEFCEs new Leadership,
Governance and Management Fund, to develop a follow-on resource pack to
Meeting the Challenge, which will focus on managing student diversity
including issues around ethnicity, race, faith, sexuality, gender, age and
disability.
As part of the second stage bid, we have been asked to evidence the
extent to which the Meeting the Challenge resource pack has been/is being
used by the sector, how well it works, whether/in what ways it has become
incorporated into HEIs staff development programmes and the nature of user
feedback.
I know that this is a big ask from colleagues at this ridiculously busy
time of year, but if you were able to spend a little time answering the
questions below, I would be very grateful. I will aggregate and anonymise
responses to the questions below but will include a list of HEIs who have
responded in the second stage application.
With all good wishes
Karen Ross
