Hello Penny
We have just put in place an informal support network (which will also deal with incidents of harrassment and bullying) called 'Dignity, Diversity and Equality Personal Support Network'.
Below is the link for the information regarding this network, we are currently recruiting volunteers.

we have tried making this as informal as possible so that staff and students will use the network.
