Subject: Childcare scheme
Dear Colleagues,
In our quest to become a more family-friendly employer, we are thinking
seriously of
introducing a salary-sacrifice childcare scheme. Have any of you introduced
similar
schemes? We are looking for a scheme with the maximum benefit for staff but
with minimal
administration on the part of payroll colleagues in the University. Also,
in the spirit of
diversity, we want to make sure that part-time visiting lecturers and other
part-time staff can
also benefit from this scheme.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
With best wishes
Fehmeeda
