Christine,
Do you fancy being a "critical reader"? Would give us a heads-up. I'm
not sure who would be the best person to do this, would ddepend on what
the guidance was like...

Dear all,
The ECU has recently drafted comprehensive HE specific guidance on
impact assessment focussing on race equality but also providing a
template by which to impact assess for all equality strands.
The document is currently going through our internal review process and
will be "road tested" by selected HEIs later this month to ensure it
has a firm practical basis. It will also be critically read by
practitioners. If you would like to be involved in our group of critical
readers please let me know (off list). The guidance will be published in
late summer/early autumn.
Meanwhile the ECU will be able to provide individual advice on impact
assessment so feel free to contact us for assistance in the process.
regards
Yasmin

Subject: Impact assessment
Hello again,
Can anyone recommend particular guidance documents on conducting impact
assessments? Or, could anyone share with me details of how you have
conducted them at your HEI?
Best regards,
Natalie
