Dear All
We have also been asked and our position is the same as Judith's. There are
some tensions between requirements for monitoring and data collection and if
this project helps to achieve consistency it will be to the benefit of us all.

into the field. I have worked with my PVC on preparing a reply, and am
quite happy to send off the material requested. Do you have doubts?
Judith Dimond,
