Dear Colleagues,
We are going to appoint someone to take the lead on ensuring that the whole institution is
impact assessed in accordance with our duties under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act
2000. There is a significant amount of work to do in this area - so far we have piloted this
process in one of our schools and one support department but are looking to launch it
institution wide over the next year.
Have any of you appointed someone to do this specific kind of work and have you got a job
description which we could possibly use as a starting point?
