DEar Susanna,
I'm sure your reaction is a common one. On the other hand, we have contact
from quite a few disappointed applicants with a disability who challenge us
to show why we didn't shortlist them, so I guess they are keen to ensure
double tick works on their behalf. We certainly don't shortlist everyone
who declares a disability, but we do take care that we can justify their
exclusion.
best wishes,
Judith.
