1) Forms not detachable (Ethnicity becomes evident at interview anyway where bias can come in, we check shortlisting to see if applicants fulfilling all criteria have been deselected at this stage and ask why. This generally ensures we usually have shortlists which reflect a degree of diversity.)
2)All applications returned to HR.
