Dear Colleagues,
We are currently in the process of devising a data capture/employee
questionnaire for all staff to enable us to check the accuracy of the
employee data that we currently hold (as we have changed HR/Payroll systems)
and also to consult with staff and gain their views on monitoring in the
areas of religion or belief and sexual orientation. We are also hoping that
this exercise will improve the accuracy of the data for the equal opps
monitoring process.
We would be very interested to know if anyone else has carried out a similar
exercise and if they have an example of the covering letter that was sent to
staff to accompany the form/questionnaire.
Any advice would be most appreciated!!
