Hi Susanna,
So sorry you couldn't find the leaflet information. It can be obtained by
going through the web address on Poppy's attached Update E-mail or by
clicking on
http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/comrace/race/raceact/index.html
Going into the regulations section will enable you to decide what parts of
your race equality policies to amend and how, especially the ones concerning
definition of indirect discrimination, harassment and the burden of proof.
Also our web address, just in case you might want to browse further, is
ofcourse www.ecu.ac.uk
Good luck this time and I look forward to any feed back, as usual.
Regards

Dear Colleagues,
Please find attached, some very important information on the EU Race
Directive that will affect institutional functioning, relative to the
current RRAA requirements.
Some of you might already have this information, but just in case you did
not, I thought I better send it anyway.
As usual, any feed-back is most welcome and can be directed at me at any
time.
Regards
