Dear Colleagues
I have an urgent question needing answered and would appreciate any help
from you.
At the University of Glasgow, we have voluntary Harassment Advisers who
provide support and assistance to any member of staff who feel they have
been harassed.
If you also have advisers,
1) Are they required to be called upon as witnesses in procedures associated
with harassment like grievance or disciplinary?
2) Are they also involved in the formal stages of your harassment policy and
procedure where it may go to grievance?
A response today/ tomorrow am would be very much appreciated.
Kind regards,
Aneela
